The Heritage Blend: Crafted from over 20 different heritage apple varieties, grown by Triple Creek Farm in Prince Edward Island, this cider undergoes a natural fermentation process with wild yeasts in the presence of apple skins. Blended with our Calvados barrel-aged selection, the result is a balanced off-dry, medium-bodied cider, with distinct flavours of oak, caramel, tangerine, and a smooth brandy finish.
