An homage to the ongoing migration of wild cider-apple seeds from their ancient origins in the mountains of Central Asia to their New World roots in the hedgerows, ditches, dunes and treelines of Prince Edward Island. True to the classic Normandy-style, the Nomad cider is a deep, rich amber colour with generous bittersweet wild-apple flavours dominating the palate. This is a spicy, full-bodied cider with a broad, rounded texture and a smooth, dry finish. Velvety tannins balanced by ripe, juicy acidity bring texture and crispness to the sweeter ‘brun’ notes of toffee and caramel.
