This wild fermented cider is made from late-harvest wild apples with a small addition of pear and quince. Made exclusively for our friend and neighbour Chef Michael Smith, it incorporates fruit from the trees that can be found on his Inn at Bay Fortune property. ‘Apple Tree Lane’ is an expressive aromatic cider that drinks as untamed as its origins. Tannins are offset by mellow acidity in a result that can only be described as ‘pure wildness’.
